Preparation of Bills of Quantities is our speciality, as of March 2025 we have prepared bills for in excess of 600 projects with many hundreds more prepared prior to our formation in 2013.

 

Acting as PQS for the client from initial budget estimates/cost plan preparation, preparation of tender documents through BQ's, preparation of the contract documentation together with post contract valuations, cost reporting and agreement of the final account
